We had a pleasant stay at Altera Hotel and Residence A special thank you to the front desk staff OIL and PIM who helped me communicate in the local language for my personal package delivery. PIM referred Bolt taxi (4adults +2kids)for our stay in Thailand which enabled us to move around Pattaya and Bangkok easily and reasonably. Cleanliness was spot on. House keeping was prompt she made sure everything was replenished and clean. Buffet breakfast had a mix of japanese +Korean+Chinese +Thai +continental which was good, the restaurant staff always checked on us and helped catered to our kids meal. Location -everything is walking distance from the hotel The hotel also has free shuttle bus timing 11 -12-13.00-14.00 .. 3 different stops- beach + terminal 21 n Central Seven eleven was 2 mins walk Indian restaurants 3 mins walk Walking street 3/4mins walk Alcazar show -8mins walk At any hotel it is the staff that makes ur stay pleasant And at Altera all the staff worked together to give us a wonderful stay. Thank You for your warm hospitality

We have encountered some issues during our stay, however this has been dealt with promptly and with a speedy manner by the staff. Thanks to this our holiday did not go sour. As for the hotel, it has exceeded our expectations in every way. I was apprehensive booking it as it's 4 star and I have never heard of Mind Group - however everything was top notch, especially for the price paid - it is excellent value for money, with good facilities, breakfast, size of room and quality of bed. Extra bonus for the cooking facilities ( with a baby) Location was 5 minutes from beach, terminal, central, everything - fantastic. All in all I would highly recommend staying.

The room was clean when we arrived. The fridge had water and the bathroom was free toiletries. Beds were made and comfortable! The pool was very nice. There are plenty of chairs to relax, and the size of the pool was good for the amount of people who were in. The service by the pool was very good too. I ordered drinks and food, which arrived promptly and tasted fresh. Location was very good. It was a 3-5 minute walk to the main street. Its another 25 minutes to walk to the walking street, but the hotel offers free shuttles.

Nice big room, it's more like two rooms really. Also a big refrigerator and a freezer as well as cooking possibilities. Bed was great. Love the big floor to ceiling windows which give a great view outside. Good cleaning and room service with plenty food options from morning to 22:00. Shower pressure and water temperature was good, I heard from some other reviews complain about that. but it seems like they have upgraded it. No noise during the night even though pretty close to some nightlife.

Generally the hotel is excellent. Looks new to me and the room comes with microwave, big fridge and stove for cooking. Room size is also big. The hotel has got 2 blocks, where 1 of it quite a distance from the lobby. However, it's very quiet if you like peace. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The pool water is clear and doesn't smell of chlorine. All the staff, from reception, concierge to housekeeper were all friendly and always greeting you.
